Shipping and delivery conditions
If the ordered product is in stock, the item will be shipped within 3-5 days. The delivery time depends on where the item is to be sent and varies depending on the shipping service provider. I have no influence on the speed of the shipping service provider.
If individual items are first made, the delivery time is approximately 4-5 weeks.
Ich versende weltweit. Alle Warensendungen außerhalb Österreichs werden durch das deutsche Unternehmen „Anja Bauer“ übernommen und durchgeführt. In diesen Fällen endet das Rechtsgeschäft des Verkaufes der Lebensgefaesse - Keramik an der Haustür des österreischichen Unternehmens und wird vom deutschen Unternehmen übernommen.
Die Paketsendungen werden mit DHL, DPD oder der Österreichischen Post verschickt.
Unsere Sendungen können Sie mit einer Sendungs-Verfolgungsnummer nachverfolgen und haben so stets den Überblick über den Status Ihrer Bestellung.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass Ihr Paket bei der Annahme keine sichtbaren Transportschäden oder sonstige Mängel aufweist. Falls dies einmal der Fall ist, melden Sie es bitte direkt bei Ihrem Paketzusteller bzw. dem Versanddienstleisterm der Ihnen das Paket zugestellt hat.

As my ceramic items are handmade and unique, it may happen that the item is no longer in stock. You will find the clear identification in the respective item detail view. You are welcome to write to me via the contact form if you would like me to inform you when a particular item is back in stock.
The shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of all parts ordered in one order and the country to which they are to be shipped. The costs can be found in the cost estimate within the store. You will find this out before completing the order process.
